Absolutely not. As a policy we store the customer’s body measurements for 6 months in our database so as to be reused multiple times for different styles and fits. But ofcourse if you want to be re-measured we are always at your service
Yes, the tailoring service will be provided to any fabric as long as the fabric is not damaged and the length of the fabric is just enough for creating the garment
At Raymond custom tailoring we provide you with options and benefits unmatchable elsewhere. Our stylist carries along handpicked high quality fabric samples for you to choose from. After booking an appointment, just pick a fabric as per your style and budget, give your measurement and we’ll strive to make a perfect fit garment for you
You can cancel or reschedule the appointment online through your dashboard until previous night of the appointment. Our stylist will call you 2 hours prior appointment to confirm your presence at the designated location. You can cancel or reschedule the appointment at this point also
Yes, as long as the fabric has not entered in the production process you can see the cancel option active in your dashboard. Normally it is 16 - 24 hours from the time of payment. Cancellation of order after fabric submission and/or payment would attract service charges of INR 150. Your payment will be refunded after deducting the service charges within 14 days and your fabric should reach back to you within 7 days
It's very easy. Book an appointment with us and redeem it using the gift code when the stylist visits you.
No, The E-gift card can be used by the same person only once used.
Your E-Gift card will be valid for 1 Year from the date it was purchased.
No, You can use your E-gift card as many times as you want. Any purchase would deduct the concerned amount from the card and the remaining can be used for your future purchases.
Please give us 10 working days from the date of stylist visit to deliver the finished garment at your doorstep
Although we haven’t started the express service, We are working hard at Raymond Custom Tailoring to provide you an express service. If you are registered with us you’ll be informed as soon as we launch this service else keep a lookout for the same at our platform
Yes, All you have to do is to visit your personalized dashboard to see the status of your fabric along with the time to deliver in real time.
The finished garment doesn’t fit you fine? No problem, All you have to do is to visit your dashboard and make an alteration appointment. One of our experienced alteration professional would visit you to help you with alteration. Please refer to our alteration policy here.

All payments have to be done when the stylists measures you up and collects the garment (or when you choose one of the fine fabrics from samples).

No, All the card transactions are encrypted and secured. None of the credit/debit card information is stored by us.
